We do outdoor shoots round the year, but once in a while we get to camp in a location that sweeps our senses us like a fresh wave. On the exciting list is our latest sensation, Orchha! Not many know about this small town that stays tugged on the Betwa river in Madhya Pradesh. We have always wanted to do a nice couple shoot here and glad that we found mutual love for the place with Pavan & Aashritha. We had seen magnificent pictures of the Orchha online and pretty much had a plan in mind. But when we reached there for real, it was altogether a different experience together. It was a very small town (in fact we could see the whole of it in one frame when we got the drone up) with grand forts standing tall from place to place.
A blend of nature and heritage was felt as we traversed in. Jahangir Mahal, Raja Mahal and the Chaturbuj temple were the places we strolled and took pictures. The prowess in architecture clearly showcased how rich and artistic the culture had flourished centuries ago here. Far from the cries of the city, the couple enjoyed every moment and the pictures came out good, naturally. It is hard to explain in words the relationship between love and such heritage places, but yes, there is a strong vibe between both the worlds. Take a look at the pictures and find out for yourself. With love, from Orchha!
