We were kind of having a bad day at work somehow, and had to pull up our socks to get ready for the shoot that evening. Lost in blah and needing some energy to pep up, we were already there in the venue and reaching out to the bride and groom to shoot the getting ready sessions. It was then that the bride Megha came out with a genuine smile that lit up our mood. She instantly ordered coffee for all of us. Sometimes it is as simple as that, all you need is a warm gesture (and the super good coffee of course) to rewind and recharge. The groom Bhuvanesh was calm and composed, giving us the time and space to plan their shots. Together they were such good souls who empathised and empowered. An hour ago we were on a low, and then, we were up on our toes at our best. That’s how their engagement shoot started, on a transforming note. In every way this whole mood translated into the pictures we took too. It is a blessing and pleasure to work alongside such positive people who give us the time and space to play. All the more happy and warm and welcoming! How is that for a good start? They are now happily engaged, and we can’t wait to shoot their wedding on cards the next year July.
